By using this website, submitting a form, sending photos, requesting an estimate, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Weston Craft provides visible maintenance caulking, silicone sealant replacement, and small finish repair services for areas such as showers, bathtubs, sinks, countertops, windows, doors, and exterior visible gaps.

Typical services may include:

• removal of old accessible caulk or silicone;
• cleaning and preparing visible joints;
• applying waterproof or paintable sealant where appropriate;
• smoothing the sealant bead;
• basic cleanup after the work.

Weston Craft does not provide full remodeling, plumbing repair, active leak repair, hidden waterproofing repair, structural repair, mold remediation, major water damage repair, or any work requiring permits unless specifically stated in writing and legally permitted.

2. Estimates and Photos

You may submit photos through the website to request a price range or estimate. Any estimate based on photos, messages, or descriptions is preliminary.

Final pricing and scope may change after in-person inspection due to:

• condition of old caulk or silicone;
• mold, staining, or residue;
• joint width or depth;
• number of areas;
• surface condition;
• access difficulty;
• location and travel distance;
• additional work requested on site.

No work begins until the final scope and price are confirmed.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on the website are starting prices or general ranges. They are not guaranteed final prices.

Most shower and bathtub re-caulking jobs may start around the listed range, but heavy old silicone, moldy caulk, wide joints, multiple areas, difficult access, or damaged surfaces may cost more.

Weston Craft reserves the right to decline any job or provide a custom quote.

4. What Is Not Included

Unless agreed in writing, Weston Craft services do not include:

• plumbing repair;
• active leak repair;
• hidden waterproofing;
• mold remediation;
• removal of mold inside walls or behind surfaces;
• tile replacement;
• grout replacement unless specifically agreed;
• wall, floor, or structural damage repair;
• full bathroom remodeling;
• electrical work;
• roofing work;
• permitted construction work.

If there is active leaking, hidden moisture, wall damage, flooring damage, or mold behind surfaces, a licensed specialist or other qualified professional may be required.

5. License Disclosure

Weston Craft does not hold a California state contractor license. Services are limited to small maintenance, caulking, sealant replacement, and finish repair work that does not require a contractor license, permit, or licensed trade work. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before work begins.

6. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. The area should be cleared of personal items before the appointment.

Weston Craft may reschedule or decline work due to unsafe conditions, inaccessible areas, active leaks, hidden damage, customer misrepresentation, or work outside the agreed scope.

7. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Weston Craft as early as possible.

Weston Craft may charge a reasonable cancellation, travel, or missed appointment fee if a customer cancels late, is unavailable at the scheduled time, provides an incorrect address, or the work area is not accessible.

8. Payments

Payment is due according to the agreed terms for the job. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, Zelle, online invoice, or other approved payment methods.

Weston Craft may refuse future service or pursue collection for unpaid balances.

9. Workmanship

Weston Craft aims to provide clean, careful, and professional-looking finish work.

Any workmanship warranty applies only to the specific visible sealant or caulking work performed by Weston Craft and does not cover:

• active leaks;
• plumbing problems;
• hidden moisture;
• wall or surface movement;
• substrate failure;
• mold behind surfaces;
• customer damage;
• improper cleaning chemicals;
• normal wear and tear;
• areas outside the agreed scope.

No sealant work is guaranteed to fix hidden leaks, waterproofing failures, plumbing issues, or structural problems.

10. Customer Photos and Project Images

By submitting photos through the website, email, text, or messaging, you allow Weston Craft to review those photos for estimating, scheduling, service evaluation, and communication.

Weston Craft will not publicly post identifiable customer photos, addresses, or private information without permission.

With customer permission, Weston Craft may use before-and-after project photos for portfolio, website, advertising, and social media purposes.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, upload harmful files, attempt to access restricted systems, interfere with website security, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Weston Craft may block or reject submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive, spam-related, unsafe, or outside the scope of service.

12. No Emergency Service

Weston Craft does not provide emergency plumbing, flood, mold remediation, water damage, or hazardous condition services through this website.

If you have an emergency, active flooding, electrical hazard, gas issue, or serious water damage, contact the appropriate emergency service, licensed specialist, or local authority.
